Finishing Touches

Now i have finished school i have decided to make a change and use my time off to do the things i have wanted to for a while.

I have started with only little changes, i finally have my dream catcher above my head whilst i sleep, and i made a huge change to the side of my wardrobe, filling it with quotes that i love, and pictures of the people i love.

All of the books that i have been meaning to read since Christmas are piled up ready, and i have taken up exercise hoping to become a healthier person.
Lets hope i can keep the change up ;)

Best Day Of My Life

A while ago i did a post on role models and asked you who you look up to, well i think its important to tell you that on Thursday i met one of my role models.

Alex Day is an amazing musician who writes his own music and plays and sings his own songs, and who most importantly is all about the fans and is the least materialistic person i have ever met. On Thursday he held a small gathering in Coventry, which i went to even though its nowhere near my home. He signed my CD, and i got a picture with both him and his cousin Danny Hooper, and both of them, the creators of a card game called Sopio, signed some of my cards.

It was an amazing day and i think it shows how amazing it can be to meet a role model, and make sure you are prepared so you can have things to remember it by.

Alex Day- Lady Godiva

I am part of something called the Nermie Army, a group of fans of the amazing Alex Day who are dedicated to watching his videos, and aim to get him into the charts.

His last album Forever Yours made it to number 4 in the UK charts, and our new project is his song Lady Godiva.

The song, which was released yesterday, currently sits at number 20, but at its best point yesterday was at number 14. A lot of people in the world are against are plan and feel that an unsigned artist shouldn't make it into the charts and that we cant do it again.

We want to show that Youtube is just as powerful as other parts of the media, and if you agree with our cause, listen to his song here:

If you like the song buy it and help us to show the world the power of the internet ;)
